Foods to eat and avoid

The pH of individual foods is used to organize the diet. Some versions are less rigorous, allowing the grains despite their somewhat acidic pH for their health benefits. However, if you’re on an alkaline diet, you’ll want to stick to the food list below, avoiding acidic meals, reducing or avoiding neutral foods, and concentrating on alkaline foods. 

Avoiding food items like meat, poultry, fish, etc., which are acidic, next you need to minimize the Olive oil, cream, butter, milk, etc., and also starch and sugars. Fruit and unsweetened fruit juices, Soy-based foods, Legumes, Seeds, Nuts are alkaline foods to consume.
